These Terms & Conditions govern use of this website and any preliminary or informational communications with GOVERNANCE Ltd. Engagement-specific terms — scope, deliverables, fees, confidentiality, and liability — are set out in the applicable Master Services Agreement (MSA) executed between the parties, which controls in the event of any conflict.

You may use this site for lawful, informational purposes only. You agree not to scrape, reproduce, or republish site content without prior written consent. All content is provided as-is; nothing on this site constitutes legal, regulatory, or professional advice applicable to your specific circumstances.

Our office hours are Monday through Friday, 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Central Time, excluding all U.S. federal holidays:
- New Year’s Day — January 1
- Martin Luther King Jr. Day — third Monday in January
- Presidents’ Day — third Monday in February
- Memorial Day — last Monday in May
- Juneteenth — June 19 (observed Friday if Saturday, Monday if Sunday)
- Independence Day — July 4 (observed Friday if Saturday, Monday if Sunday)
- Labor Day — first Monday in September
- Columbus Day — second Monday in October
- Veterans Day — November 11 (observed Friday if Saturday, Monday if Sunday)
- Thanksgiving Wednesday, Thanksgiving Day & the Friday after — week of the fourth Thursday in November
- Christmas Eve & Christmas Day — December 24–25
- New Year’s Eve — December 31
Routine inquiries received outside business hours will be addressed on the next business day. Emergency inquiries outside business hours are available and billed at emergency rates: $275/hr for Risk, AI Governance, and Privacy; $350/hr for Security Programme.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute not covered by an MSA shall be resolved in the courts of Lubbock County, Texas.
8. Changes
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the site after posting constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
